1.2 Delivery Failure


Meaning: The package is returned due to carrier-related issues (not caused by incorrect address, customer refusal, or unavailability).


Compensation: Full store credit refund or a free reshipment.


Requirements: Tracking must confirm the failed delivery, and your shipping information must be accurate. Claims must be submitted within 30 business days.

1.3 Delayed Delivery


Meaning: Your order is not delivered within 30 business days from the shipping date.


Compensation: Choose between a 40% store credit refund or a full refund in store credits.


Requirements: Tracking must confirm the delay.

1.4 Damaged Package


Meaning: Your package arrives visibly damaged, affecting the item’s appearance or function.


Compensation: Full store credit refund for the damaged item(s) or a free replacement.


Requirements: Submit photos of the damage and your order details within 7 business days of delivery.

Meaning: Tracking shows delivered, but you did not receive your package.


Compensation: Full store credit refund or a free replacement.


Requirements: Submit your order number along with a delivery investigation proof from your local courier (with signature or stamp) within 7 business days of the marked delivery.
